Salon Etiquette

ARRIVAL

For all facials and skin treatments we request you arrive 10mins early for booked elixir time. We love you to unwind and switch off in our beautiful relax room prior to your treatment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We require no less than 24hrs notice when needing to change appointments. We are super accommodating when life gets busy and changes are needed but please give us consideration when appointment changes are required. If less than 24hrs is given and we are unable to fill your booked appointment time a fee of 30% will be charged to cover our basic costs. We really do appreciate and value our Facialist community but please value our time also.

DEPOSITS
In order to hold a facial, skin treatment or any appointment longer than 1 hr in booked time a 50% deposit is required. If you choose not to pay a deposit you are welcome to ring the salon on the day you are available and if there is availability we would be more than happy to give you some Facialist lovin’.

NO SHOWS
In the event of a no-show a 30% fee will be charged and payment in full for the next appointment booked will be required.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years, though we do accept vouchers that are out of date! If a specific treatment is selected as the gift please note that due to treatment menu changes when the voucher is redeemed the selected treatment may not be available so a treatment similar will be offered in replacement.

PARKING
Street parking anywhere west of the building driveway is not timed, so for longer appointments we recommend parking in this area when possible.
